I don't usually write reviews, but I am making an exception because Cornelia is exceptional. As first-time buyers, we had no idea what to expect. We were pretty clueless, and didn't even realize how little we knew. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Cornelia - she guided us with so much care and expertise every step of the way. Throughout our search, Cornelia was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly patient. She pointed out both the positives and red flags at each property, always keeping our best interests front and center - never pushing, always listening. Once we found the house, she stayed on top of every detail, kept communication with the seller moving smoothly, and really advocated for us when it counted. Her negotiation skills and professionalism made a huge difference. After our offer was accepted, Cornelia was absolutely indispensable. She connected us with great inspectors and contractors, took care of the scheduling, and showed up in person to make sure things were handled right. She explained everything clearly, followed up on every detail, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She and her team were on top of everything all the way through escrow, right up to the day we got our keys. We are so grateful to have worked with her. This rating system doesn't go high enough.
