Cami Savage served as my listing agent (on a condo I sold) as well as my buyer's agent (on a single--family home that my fiance and I purchased). In both instances Cami was phenomenal! As a listing agent, Cami walked me through the selling process step-by-step--which was very helpful to me because I had never sold a home before. This was also not an "easy" home to sell. The home I was selling required extensive renovations before it could go on the market and Cami was extremely helpful in recommending and coordinating all of the contractors (there were several) that I used. Cami even helped picked out the carpet and wall color that I ended up using. There is no doubt in my mind that Cami's assistance allowed me to get my condo on the market weeks--if not months--before I otherwise could have. And, when the condo was finally sold, I sold it for much more than I originally expected (and above listing price)! As a buyer's agent, Cami was equally excellent. She was extremely responsive and accommodated my fiance and my schedule to take us to open houses at odd hours or on the weekends.
