Colleen was excellent from start to finish. We met her at an open house in Incline Village and started working with her on a future purchase. She was amazing out of the gate and maintained consistent and proactive communication all through out. She went over and above in a variety of ways and her expertise helped us land a diamond in the rough in one of the best neighborhoods in town. I've had some pretty good agents in the past but they don't get close to Colleen. Yes, she is fun and personable but, more importantly, she is always there for you. She is more than willing to put in the time to help you find the home you deserve no matter how long it takes. She doesn't procrastinate and immediately helps with everything she possibly can. Her level of communication along every step was very quick and informative. Even after the sale was complete, she was at the new home sweeping up alongside the demo crew we hired. I cannot recommend Colleen highly enough!!
