Where do I start? Colleen was a rockstar realtor from the beginning. When challenged, she rose to the occasion and performed. She was professional, patient, but also kept me engaged and working on the right things at the right time. Colleen made the relocation experience better without a doubt. Thank you Colleen!

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the guidance and support Colleen provided to us during our home search. She took the time to understand our needs, including proximity to family. As first time home buyers in NC, we were not familiar with the nuances of the real estate market, local laws, and expectations and she carefully walked through these topics with us and patiently addressed our many inquiries. Her knowledge, responsiveness, and support are unmatched in our experience. If you need a Realtor, Colleen is the one to call.

Colleen was an incredible agent for us. She was so understanding and listened to everything we were asking for. Sometimes my husband and I didn’t agree but Colleen was a great mediator that helped us see things from a different perspective. With my new job we were on a time crunch, and Coleen was so accommodating for our schedule. The entire process was seamless and we truly felt she had our best interest at heart. With us coming from out of state, most of our purchase was through phone and email. Colleen went above and beyond helping us navigate this and even FaceTimed us for our final walkthrough. If we ever outgrow this house, Colleen will forever be our agent of choice.

Colleen helped us purchase our first home and we couldn’t be more grateful! Colleen’s greatest asset is that she isn’t a typical real estate agent. We were moving to the Charlotte area from out of state and were introduced to her as part of a relocation package. She could have easily pushed us into one of the first homes we saw, since we weren’t familiar with the city. Instead, she patiently spent 3 separate weekends with us looking at homes all over south Charlotte. She is genuinely kind but stays in the background, so when she does give her opinion we knew to take it to heart. Outside of the three weekends, she did a number of showings for us over FaceTime including the home we ultimately purchased. When she went so far as to say “I really like this house for you guys,” we knew it was the one. It takes a lot of trust to make an offer over FaceTime, and that’s how confident in her we were. We entered into a multiple offer situation and I truly believe it was her kindness and lack of playing games that helped us win, because she formed a great relationship with the seller’s agent. 7 months into living here, we couldn’t be happier with our home, neighborhood or location. We couldn’t recommend her more and hope you let Colleen find your next dream home!

Colleen was great to work with! We were challenged with finding a new home in a very short amount of time due to a work relocation. Without knowing the new area much, we quickly narrowed down a couple areas that fit our family's needs with space, schools, distance to work, etc. Colleen listened to every ask and was more than accommodating with any request or help needed during our relocation process. With never going through the relocation process, she was able to help answer every question....even when some of our other resources could not. We would highly recommend Colleen to anyone and would not hesitate to use her again in the future!

From my first phone call while still in California, I knew Colleen Eaton was the right person to help me find a new home. She listened to what my needs were, and she understood that the transition from the west coast to the east coast, wasn’t an easy move for me. Colleen showed me several homes in a variety of areas, and within just a few days, she showed me the right house, and I made an offer on my home. Any time I had a question, Colleen was right there with an answer. She was great with keeping me informed and I really appreciated how she always stayed in touch with me, and guided me throughout the process. She was reassuring and encouraging. I would highly recommend Colleen to anyone looking for a new home. With her by my side Colleen sincerely made the whole process easier…..from that first phone call to the day she handed me my keys. Thank you Colleen!

Colleen was very responsive and helpful during my home search. I appreciated the support she provided in touring my home virtually when ai couldn’t be on-site.

Colleen was a pleasure to work with. On time knowledgeable and not pushy. Made herself available to fit our schedule.

I have worked with Colleen on buying two houses. She was always available when I needed her and took care of any issues that came up during the sale. Colleen was always professional when dealing with me or my wife. She always put her personal touch on everything. She made sure that our house looked amazing for staging, and it sold very quickly due to her guidance. Colleen will be the only realtor I work with in the future in the NC/SC area.
