I found Colette on Zillow while searching for a realtor to help me find a tenant for my co-op apartment, and I’m so glad I did! I reached out to several realtors, but Colette was the only one who responded within minutes. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive to all my requests and calls. She also did an excellent job following up and coordinating with my co-op management team to help move the process forward smoothly. Finding a tenant for a co-op apartment can be a challenging and stressful process, but Colette’s dedication, support, and guidance made a real difference. I truly appreciate her patience, reliability, and commitment to providing outstanding service every step of the way. Thank you so much, Colette, for all your hard work and support! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsive, professional, and trustworthy realtor.

Colette is very professional, understanding, patient, and goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Her consideration of our situation and her ways of working with us is one of the highlights of her professionalism as an agent. I highly recommend her when it comes to finding a place or sell. Thank you so much Colette

Very professional and the best to work with thank you for all your help

I am so grateful for the service that Colette provided. She demonstrated a professionalism that ensured that my rental search was tailored to my needs while providing a warmth that allowed me to be confident in selecting the right property. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I recently purchased a condo with help from Colette and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I went into this process entirely blind and at every step Colette was there to help or to answer any of my thousand questions. She was able to provide numerous recommendations for attorneys she has worked with in the past, inspectors she knew would do a great job and for insurance agents. She would promptly respond to any texts and was often able to get access to properties rather quickly. I waited a long time to finally purchase something because I was always worried about getting lost in the process, but after meeting Colette and seeing the amazing service she provided to me, I now regret waiting so long as she did everything in her power to get me into a home that I absolutely love. I don't really know what more anyone could want in a real estate agent. If you are beginning your journey into home ownership, I strongly recommend Colette.

Colette was fantastic in every stage of purchasing our apartment! From negotiating our offer to the seller, completing the application process and the final walkthrough and closing, she was highly effective, engaged and knowledgeable! Thank you!

Working with Colette was such a pleasure. She made the process of finding a good tenant for my apartment so easy. She was always quick and responsive to my questions, making it a seamless process with the management company and all parties involved. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, lease or sublease, I highly recommend working with her!

I highly recommend Colette for all of your real estate needs. Colette is knowledgeable, hard-working, and a trustworthy professional. She is also courteous, engaging and makes you feel like you are in good hands from beginning to end! I worked with other realtors to sell my 1BR Coop and she was the only one who not only got the job done, but got me a solid buyer with contracts signed in less than a month. She truly is a gem and has gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth and quick process.
