Clint’s attention to detail and professionalism sets him apart from others I’ve dealt with.

It was an amazing experience selling and buying with Clint. He had long discussions ensuring he knew what we wanted and that we understood what was possible. We are very happy with the experience and our new home.

Clint is a dynamo and a lovely human being. He takes the time to understand what you're looking for, and he clearly cares about his clients. He found us the perfect new home and then sold our property within three days of its going on the market, and above the asking price. The ideal outcome, thanks to Clint!

Clint and his team were amazing to work with! They were very personable and professional. We were able to sell our house the first weekend we listed. If you’re in the market to buy or sell I would highly recommend Clint and his team.

Clint was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with his services. Clint is extremely knowledgeable regarding the real estate market, and what to look for when choosing a property. He was able to point out weaknesses and strengths of the properties we viewed. He was attentive to our needs and was able to find us the perfect place. We had a limited amount of time to make this purchase and Clint really came through for us. Clint has app that selects properties matching your criteria and also has an impressive list of contacts for services you may need. We highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Clint was very patient with us finding the condo unit that was in our desired area, and the layout we needed. He is friendly, strong communication and works hard. In the process of helping us purchase, Clint got creative to sell my parents 1978 townhouse. His creativity brought the right buyer with just 2days on the market. We will recommend Clint Kilkenny for anyone seeking to buy or sell.

Navigating real estate can be complex but Clint made the process effortless. Their expertise, professionalism and attention to detail ensured a smooth transaction and their negotiation skills ensured an excellent deal. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking a top tier real estate professional.

Clint was great to work with. Very personable and very thorough too.  Pat Connolly
