Upon a recommendation from my trusted friend Kate Nittinger, it was my good fortune to enlist the help of Aaron Curtis and Clifton Foster, of Berkshire-Hathaway, as I searched for a home in Missoula MT. Initially, Aaron took on the task of finding just the right property in a very tight market. I was not in a hurry so I had the luxury of taking my time and not settling for something that met only some of my needs. It was also the first time I was making this major financial and emotional decision on my own. As a “woman of a certain age” my anxiety level was off the chart! Aaron did an excellent job of putting me at ease as he guided me through the process.
After a year-long search, it happened that Aaron would be on holiday when I spied a promising place in a perfect location. He placed me in the capable hands of Clifton Foster, assuring me that he would do an excellent job handling every aspect of the transaction if this was indeed to be my forever home. He didn’t lie! Clifton made it possible for me to conduct all but the final signing remotely. He brokered an amazing deal on an ideal property. He reassured me every step of the way, answered my many questions clearly and with abundant patience, and seemed to take great joy in my happiness when the deal was done. In the end, Clifton and Aaron came to seem like family. I could not offer a higher recommendation to anyone looking to buy a home in beautiful northwest Montana.

We worked with Clifton to find a property for over 3 years and we had a great experience. He was always very professional and punctual. Once we we went under contract he made the process very seamless and easy. He worked extremely hard to find us the right home, and was able to get us the best possible deal once we did. Clifton helped us on a tricky 1031 property exchange. He was knowledgeable and professional through the purchase of our new property. He had timely responses when working with the out of town sellers realtor and out of state seller. We have recommended him to several people since.
