Claudia Garrell is the consummate real estate professional. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to helping the agents in her office are truly unmatched. Claudia consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her agents have the support, guidance, and resources they need to succeed. I am incredibly fortunate and grateful to have Claudia as my manager here at The Keyes Company. Her leadership makes a real difference, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of this office. Thank you Claudia for everything you do for your agents. You are truly appreciated!

Claudia Garrell is an exceptional realtor and a true advocate for her clients. She works tirelessly on your behalf and brings a deep understanding of the Florida real estate market — from contracts and negotiations to the nuances that make a sale smooth and successful. As a seller, I felt completely supported and well‑guided throughout the entire process. Claudia knows what to look for, what to ask for, and how to position you to get the outcome you want. She’s equally impressive with buyers. When she met a potential buyer for our home, she took the time to understand their needs and whether our property was the right fit — or if something else would serve them better. That level of honesty and care is rare. I can’t recommend Claudia enough.

Claudia is a consummate broker, she has unsurpassed knowledge of all aspects of real estate. Additionally, she's driven to ensure that every detail from listing to closure is absolutely accurate and correct. She guided us through a maze of issues, including recommendations for everything from contractors to inspectors, always pleasantly surprising us with her efforts and knowledge.

Claudia is absolutely the very best realtor I have ever met, spoken with and used. I highly recommend her and give her 20 stars out of 10. She's twice a good as anyone else.
