We recently completed the sale of our home through Claire and Adam and are absolutely thrilled and truly blown away by the experience. When it was time to sell our home we met with Claire and Adam 4-6 weeks before listing and they laid out a plan. They walked us through the preparation, staging process, and marketing plan. Their attention to detail was impressive during this phase. From the taking of pictures and video, to online presence, to generating neighborhood buzz about our open house, every marketing avenue was executed flawlessly. We timed the listing to be done while we were on vacation and Claire and Adam went to work. We were thrilled to come home to reports of multiple showings, crazy busy traffic at the open house and multiple offers way over asking price! We met and they walked us through the pros/cons and options of each offer and helped lead us to the one we accepted. All the way through closing they were there to get the sale completed. Each step went as smoothly as possible, which we attribute to Claire and Adam’s processes and experience. It went so well that at one point we even asked them to give us some bad news/obstacle in the process. That never happened! We closed on our old home, had cash in hand from that sale and then closed on our beautiful new home a week later. Claire was an awesome realtor! She always left a text message when we requested to view a house. If she wasn't available to show us a property she had someone else help us. We been looking over 2 years for a house. I even had a different realtor in the beginning and he didn't respond to us in a timely manner. We were lucky to get connected with Claire.
