Cindy helped me through both selling my home and buying my next one, and throughout the entire process she felt less like a realtor and more like a trusted advisor. I called her my "Arkansan mom" because she always looked out for me, gave honest advice, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions.
One of the first things you notice when working with Cindy is how experienced she is. She has seen just about everything, and it shows. No matter what challenge came up, she knew how to navigate it, anticipate issues before they became problems, and keep things moving forward. Both of my transactions had plenty of twists and complexities, but Cindy handled every one of them with confidence, professionalism, and an incredible amount of patience.
One thing that meant a lot to me was that my mom, who is a seasoned and successful real estate agent in Ohio, was consistently impressed by Cindy. They approached situations the same way, thought through problems similarly, and often landed on the same advice. Having a real estate professional I trust so deeply validate Cindy's expertise gave me even more confidence that I was in great hands.
She also went above and beyond in ways I never would have expected. My favorite example: on closing day, while I was stuck in a work meeting, Cindy literally went dumpster diving at my storage unit to find an item the seller suddenly wanted before they would close. If that doesn't define dedication, I don't know what does.
Beyond all of that, Cindy made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable. She was responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and always had my best interests in mind. I trusted her completely, and that trust was earned over and over again throughout the process.
