When it came time to sell my mother’s Mill Valley home we listed the home with Cindy and are very glad we did. After 50 years the home was showing its wear. Cindy called in the right people to paint, clean up the garden and pull back the very old carpeting revealing beautiful hardwood floors. She called in the right person to clean them up and hide any wear marks to make them look brand new again. Since most of the furnishings had been removed Cindy brought in her own staging to make the house a showplace. The first week we received multiple offers all substantially over the asking price. I am so glad we used Cindy to sell our home. We had it listed with a different brokerage previously and were never brought ready buyers. After listing with Cindy she did some staging, had fabulous photos taken (including the full San Francisco City view) and it didn't take long before the right buyer came along. They were visiting from Norway were out for a walk and happened to see her Open House signs. They seemed to like the home a lot. After returning to Norway Cindy kept in contact with them. She helped them come forward with an offer and we opened escrow.
