Cindy was not referred to me and so it was an entirely stranger situation at first. Cindy has been a beauty to work with while displaying tactfulness, understanding, flexibility and professionalism at the same time. I could always count on her to follow up on situations and return phone calls if missed. I always felt comfortable working with her and felt a personal care despite her being professional. I did trust her words and that is very important in any Agent. I surely would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone and I have already done so.
