Cindy Castano Swannack is the ultimate professional.  When we decided to sell our house we wanted to get the person who would provide service like the house was their own.  Cindy did that from the beginning to end.  We wanted to find someone and the organization that had a larger outreach than the immediate area.  Cindy and Ivester Jackson Distinctive Properties were perfect as they had buyers from CA to NY looking.  We were more than pleased and happy.  We wanted someone who knew our house and would put the positive points forward to provide emphasis on the good selling points.  Cindy certainly did this.  We were overjoyed at the process and the result of finding Cindy, her professional approach and the results. We would absolutely use her if we sell our house again.

Super happy with my experience, this is the second time I have worked with Cindy Castano Swannack on a home purchase and am always beyond satisfied! Would not select any other real estate agent! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting things done!

Listen to Cindy Castano Swannack. She marketed the home excellently giving it expansive exposure bringing us lots of qualified and serious buyers. We didn’t have our time wasted with uninterested buyers and she vigilantly protected our time. Within one day of being on the market we received a cash full price offer and competing offers.   Her finance background, hard-nosed negotiation skills and meticulous record keeping resulted in success. We closed $15,000 more than the list price. The lessons learned for us as sellers are: • LIST with Cindy Castano Swannack – she works harder than any other real estate professional and you’ll benefit from that; • LISTEN to Cindy Castano Swannack and eliminate your emotional attachment to your home; • Allow Cindy to do the negotiating – I’m a lawyer and she’s excellent at it; • Follow her advice on preparing your home for this hot market. • We are hiring her again to purchase another home so we will have lessons learned on that end soon!

Cindy did a great job representing us in marketing and selling our home with competing offers and a final purchase price higher than list price! She was attentive and always available to answer any questions and discuss concerns.  She was referred by a neighbor whose home she also sold.  I would highly recommend her.

Cindy Castano Swannack will STAY.ON.TOP.OF.IT and get it done!!! (...did it for US! during the PANDEMIC!!) Her negotiating skills and ability to smoothly navigate the transaction in difficult times was impressive.

With Cindy Castano Swannack's help, we muscled up, and, EVEN IN THIS PANDEMIC, got our deal DONE - and recovered what we had invested. We moved April 1. She stayed with us until the very end. Please, understand there are many, many aspects of home selling that can go wrong .... Cindy even pulled my rear out of the wringer when our moving company cancelled us due to COVID.  We simply CANNOT endorse her enough for all of her knowledge, time, effort, expertise, hand-holding and friendship as we navigated what we KNEW would be a tough sell.

Cindy was very prompt and professional throughout the whole experience. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure all ends are covered. Look forward to using her in the future!

OUTSTANDING is the only way to describe the work Cindy did staging, photographing, listing and publicizing our property to attract buyers. This input achieved its goal judging by the many showings that occurred and the relatively short time it took before we received a valid offer.  We were particularly impressed by the expeditious way Cindy handled the showings by pre-screening potential buyers and conducting the showings with the buyer agent, which minimized the potential incovenience to us.  Cindy negotiated a complicated Sale/LeaseBack with the buyers which made the transition to a new home work out extremely well for everyone involved, including the buyers.

So glad to be part of a team working together to help both buyer and seller realize their real estate goals. Cindy, I am so grateful we met you at the home in the late fall.  You are an exceptional Realtor and person.    - Linda H, Agent representing Buyer in Transaction
