"Give it to me straight doc" - That's what you can expect from Cindra. Clear, honest insight advising you on the best approach to achieving your goals. Its a breath of fresh air to work with someone who doesn't mince words.

Cindra was an absolute joy to work with! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process, with a warmth that made us feel like we were finding a home with family. We always felt comfortable asking questions—and we certainly had plenty! We love the house she helped us find, but we’re confident that if this one hadn’t worked out, she would have helped us find another we loved just as much. We’re so grateful for her guidance, kindness, and the laughs along the way. Highly recommend!

Honestly never thought I would be writing this. The wife and I have tried numerous times to purchase a home always ended in disaster 🙃. Working with Cindra Zingaro was hands down the easiest time ever. Cindra handled everything that was needed and tasks that went above and beyond anything I have experienced from other realtors. I thank the Lord above for blessing my family with this home and I thank Cindra for being professional and caring as she has been.

My wife and I were so very lucky to have worked with Cindra for our journey to find a home in New Hampshire. Cindra truly listens to your wishes and needs, and she cares about finding you the home you seek. I am on older gentleman with millions of concerns and questions. Cindra was patient with my neediness and made herself available to chat both night and day. She always made me feel like her #1 client. We looked at many houses New, Old, Quirky, and Unusual. She showed us whatever home we wished to see, and she personally kept me grounded about my initial "Wants" list when I was off the rails. We searched for over 7 months. Cindra stood with us in the rain for septic inspections, roamed around creaky attic spaces, and ventured the wooded property lines on so many potential homes. When we found the right house, she worked very quickly to show the house and submit an attractive offer on that day (before the sellers offer deadline.) Best of all, Cindra is a seasoned professional with a wonderful network of inspectors, contractors, and financial contacts which made the process of buying the house so much easier. I truly believe that Cindra has a passion for her job and she delights in finding folks their new home. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in Southern New Hampshire.

Cindra was crucial to getting me and my family into our very first house! She helped explain everything to me regardless of how often and how simple some of my questions were. As a first time home buyer, I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process. If there was a sixth star, I would give it! My experience with Cindra can ultimately be summed up in two words... AMAZINGLY AMAZING!!!

Cindra is ten stars all the way…the kind of realtor you will be happy to help sell your home. Cindra recently sold my home in Peterborough and from the moment we met, she was informative, helpful, super friendly and she’s the kind of person that gets things done and makes things happen. She goes above and beyond to make the whole process a success and every step of the way was executed with perfection. And let me mention, this is no easy task. She even collaborated with my realtor out of state to make my transition there flawless. Cindra is your top notch realtor!!💫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

We couldn’t be happier with Cindra! She gave us great guidance and advice through the entire process of buying our home. She did thorough research about similar homes, she helped us find the specialists we needed to make necessary repairs, and she negotiated with both strength and understanding to keep the whole deal moving forward when obstacles arose. She has so many skills, and she was wonderful to work with. Highly highly recommend!!
