I graduated from Westview and then went on to earn a BA in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Martin. After graduation, I pursued a career in sales with the goal of working in radio sales. However, I quickly realized that my true passion was helping others and making a positive impact, which led me to my current role as an LMS Administration professional for a company based in Coral Gables, Florida. Despite my official title, I spend most of my time as a Realtor, helping people find their dream homes or make wise property investments. I have a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers to Veterans to business owners. I go by "The Tennessee Agent, Chyna Espinal" in the world of real estate. Family is very important to me. My husband Marvin is my rock, and my daughter K'Mariyah is a talented colorguard performer and student. Chyna went above and beyond every day to make sure me and my fiancé got what we deserved! Through all the weekend phone calls, emails, and sympathetic messages when we were ready to start over, she had everything handled and helped make our first time buying process a breeze! I would recommend her every time!
