Christy Whiting is an amazing Real Estate agent and I would highly recommend her. We were looking for the home we planned to retire in, so it was a major decision for us. We had a list of things we were looking for in our new home but we were not certain exactly what location near Santa Cruz we wanted to move to. Christy quickly got a sense of what were looking for and found an amazing home for us “off market” at a great price. What we also loved about Christy is how organized she is and how seamless the whole process was. Christy was on top of everything every step way. She is also genuinely fun to work with and her level of care for us came across at every step of the process. We will be using Christy again when our children buy homes in the area!

I met Christy at an open house and found her to be both very knowledgeable and engaging. The house hunt started there and went on for a bit. Christy was very helpful along the way as we hunted all over Santa Cruz county. She did more than her share of homework on properties of interest and alerted us of upcoming possibilities and always made the time to show us various homes. Due to low inventory and a crazy market, we had stopped looking when the house we bought came on market. Christy was a huge help in getting us to see the home asap and submitting an offer and guiding us on the offer that may hold the home. She was a big help on everything from sourcing a loan, insurance, sourcing knowledgeable home inspectors and contractors and removing any doubt on the quality of the home. Next step was to sell my current home and she made that very easy. Christy set up the contractors to get my old home ready for sale and handled all of the details to get on market. It sold in immediately above asking. Christy's follow up was always on time but mostly ahead of time. The addition of her father Michael to our search added years of additional experience and knowledge to assure we were making a sound choice and deal. Thank you to both of them for making us move !!
