Cristy was not only a joy to work with she was extremely professional in every phase of selling our home. She was there for all showings to ensure our property was not only safe but also represented to answer questions for potential buyers. From listing to closing she kept us informed and communicated on a timely basis. If you want personal and professional service in a real estate process I would highly recommend Cristy.

Christy Ridgely is one of a kind. My wife and I have enjoyed working with her.

Christy did a great job with pictures to put on the internet and following up on any minor problems that arose from the sell . Was at our property for all inspections and appraisal. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs .

Christy did an amazing job working with us. Always on time. She went out of her way whenever we needed help

Christy Ridgely was fantastic. So easy to work with. Very responsive and professional. I would recommend her hands down to anyone buying or selling a home.

Christy is a 12 out of 10!!!! We love her and her work ethic!!!

This is the second time I engaged Christy Ridgely. The first was the sale of my home in Palm Coast and the most current in finding a new home to purchase in St. Augustine. Christy goes above and beyond what is anticipated. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and truly cares about the client having a good experience. She works well with other brokers, lenders, and title company representatives. She sold my home in Palm Coast in four days and found me my new home in St. Augustine in two weeks. I highly recommend Christy Ridgely to anyone considering purchasing a home.

From the moment we were introduced to our realtor Christy Ridgely, we were impressed with her professionalism, demeanor and dedication to our needs. While visiting the St. Augustine area (in November, 2018 with no immediate plans for home purchase until 2021), we connected with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and met with Christy, who gave us an overview of the process and began sending listings to us in New York in the months to follow. Our plan was to visit the St. Augustine area several times a year, as we have family in Orlando and would be visiting them as often as possible. Our most recent trip was this past summer, and after viewing several homes that we saw online that we liked but just didn't meet all of our needs when we saw them up close, Christy suggested we consider some other options. We did, and on our last day in St. Augustine, we were able to view the house that was on the market for 6 days, which we loved and purchased. Christy took care of all details, including docusigning the contract ( while we were on the road driving back to New York), contacts for services needed (i.e. inspections, utilities and hurricane concerns right up to the day we were closing. Christy was always available for timely solutions via e-mail or phone. Always pleasant and friendly and always made us feel important and comfortable. We had the closing of our dream house 1 week ago, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Christy to anyone thinking about purchasing a home. Andrea & Bruce

When I decided to sell my home, I researched real estate companies and their agents. I decided on Christy Ridgely at Berkshire Hathaway. And Christy did not disappoint. She is a caring, highly qualified professional who attended to every detail from photography to appraisal, the showing of the property, and final sale. Always she had my best interests top of her priorities. My house sold in 4 days. I would strongly recommend Christy if you are thinking of selling your property.
