Working with Chris was a pleasure. We were anxious about the process of buying our first home, and he gave us the support and clarity of understanding we needed to feel confident about the purchase. Chris is a stellar communicator, timely, and goes above and beyond to accompany you to as many house tours as you need. Chris has a great network as well, which helped connect us to awesome folks to help with financing, inspection, and maintenance. Highly recommend working with him on your future sale or purchase!

Chris was the best to work with. From the moment we started he sat down with me and listened to my thoughts and concerns in terms of the role I was hoping to see him play. I really appreciated that as that helped me to see he was aiming to meet my expectations for how I needed a realtor to help me with this purchase. He did not push me to select a house or push me to make an offer I was not comfortable with. He was a true advisor and advocate who looked out for me and fought for me when he sensed the other side was trying to take an unhonest advantage of me during the deal. He truly cared about me thru the entire process and even after. That kind of care and advocacy is hard to find in any industry. If I have another purchase or if I need to sell my property I will 100% call him again and definitely would recommend him to friends and family any day of the week. Thanks for all your hard work Chris….!

Chris did a great job helping us sell our home and navigate all the processes that came with it - both in preparation before, and after as we approached closing! He has wonderful contacts and advice to give your home its every advantage before hitting the market and he was always available to provide us with answers and knowledge for all the questions that inevitably came up along the way. On top of his professional help and dedicated work ethic, Chris is full of kindness and positivity and works with sincerity and integrity. We hope more people get to experience his care and wisdom as they take on the large task of buying or selling a home and we are happy to fully recommend him. Thanks Chris for everything!

Christopher was incredible to work with from our first conversation straight through closing. We were moving from TX to PA and he was incredibly helpful every step of the way from doing home tours for us via FaceTime to ensuring our closing would be able to fit with our extremely tight travel schedule. Chris was always listening, providing helpful feedback and recommendations, and answering all the crazy questions we had. I strongly recommend Christopher, and would suggest him to all my friends or family for any realtor needs!

My realtor was great, he responded in a timely manner, was always able to answer any questions I asked him.

Christopher Lilik was an excellent agent. He handled everything very smoothly. The sale of the home went very quickly which we attribute to Chris' attention and care. He is also a very caring individual. Great personality! Great job!

Chris was great and never let us down! He went over and above what we expected. We lived out of state, and Chris made virtual home viewings, kept in touch, and always provided info and help. We would absolutely recommend him to others. Thank you, Chris!

I've worked with Chris several times now and it's been a great partnership each time!
