Ms. Ragazzo exemplified extraordinary professional support to me helping to close the final sale. I was an out-of -state buyer. The inspection revealed multiple areas needing repair and she was able to coordinate and ensure the repairs were taken care of completely facilitating the final sale.

Christine was delightful to interact with from start to finish.  She was patient, tentative, honest and caring throughout.  She has an amazing ability to be fully invested in the process and consistently made us feel that our home search was just as important to her as it was to us.  We had a difficult time closing due to our mortgage provider and Christine was tenacious in making sure we closed on our new home.  She came recommended to us from 2 other family mambers and we'd certainly recommend her.

Christine is more than just our realtor; she has become our FRIEND. She has worked with us very intensely for the past four months helping us find our new home. Previous to this recent period we saw her off and on for several years when we would come in town for a few days. While we lived out of town she continued to send us new listings as they came on the market. She never gave up on us even though it was such a long , drawn out process. After quickly selling our home in July we came to Jacksonville and the search intensified. Christine was never too busy to show us houses or answer our many questions. If she didn't know the answer she would take the time to find out. Finally, she found the right place for us and took us through the sale and closing with ease. She is and excellent realtor and now a cherished friend.

Undoubtedly the best realtor that I have ever had. She has great customer skills, friendly and always responses to calls and emails. I would highly recommend her. Excellent

Krista and I very much enjoyed working with Christine . She was very patient and work very hard to find us the house with everything we wanted . Thank you Christine.

Our new house is all yes's and not a single no!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping for my new home with Christine. She is so personable and easy to talk to. Made the experience fun! She really focused on what I was looking for in a new home. She put together a great list and spent an entire day showing me a great variety of homes that checked the priorities on my list. She was timely in her email responses and returned phone calls promptly. The transaction from offer to close went incredibly smoothly, almost as easy as ordering a book on Amazon Prime! I give Christine my highest recommendation for a realtor in the Jacksonville area.

Christine was great!!!. We were new to the area and she welcomed us and helped us get acquainted with the Jacksonville area. She was very patient with us and very attentive to all our calls and showings. We felt very trusted with her advice and direction in steering us to the right home. She really made our transition as easy as possible, couldn't have done it without her.

We actually sold our house "By Owner" and Christine assisted us with the purchase of our new home. Christine has a lot of good ideas and insight in the sales and mortgage business. She is quick to assist in any way she can to speed the process along. She's also a good negotiator and will see that you get good value in the process. I highly recommend Christine Ragazzo as your next real estate agent!
