Christine is amazing. I started looking for a home on 6/14 and that’s when I put in my first offer. Negotiations went back and forth but we eventually lost due to the “winner” waiving the appraisal, who can was not an option for me (Va lender), on 6/15 Christine told me about another house in my specific preference for school zone, she said she couldn’t be there because she had a showing but recommended I go because it fit my preferences. I went and told her I wanted to put in an offer, which I did! Christine called me back and said I should go up slightly to be considered. She explained raising my offer $10,000 is not bad because when you stretch that out in 30 years the mortgage is less than $50 more (considering taxes and interest); so I listen, and the offer was accepted the same evening of June 15th! Christine got the inspection, appraisal, and termite inspection scheduled immediately! We were clear to close by July 2nd, but because the holiday (July 4th) it made no sense to close early. So we closed July 12th! I became a homeowner about 27 days later with a VA lender whose deadlines are usually longer!
I recommend Christine to anyone SERIOUS about buying a home because she’ll get it done!!
