Christine was very informative when it came to the guidance she gave in several ways. She would give necessary information with regards first, to the prices of like houses in the surrounding area so sellers could know how much their houses could sell for. If she had a matter she was not sure her answer, Christine looked to confirm what she believes to be true, in order to be certain. This showed care; she sought out the answer in order to make certain she was steering a seller properly. Christine also kept her eyes open to potential rate increases in order to protect both the seller and the buyer. Finally, if she didn’t have an answer immediately, she would find the answer from her various resources. Having years of retail experience I respected this in Christine.
