I didnt know area, i didnt have alot of money as a single mom with 3 college children and I had a part time job. I used my laptop and went searching for 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms in all areas in florida. It is an exhausting process to find area with a certain price. I started a job in Jacksonville and my family lives in fleming island. After a month of looking after work hours til night time every day I was sad, confused and depressed. One day, on a weekend, I stopped in on a Realty that I pass every day on my way home. I was greeted by a woman that answers the phones for the weekend and was a realtor. She was my saving grace. She told me it was her pleasure to help me find areas that worked for me, find different apartments vs townhouses, what they had to offer me and in my price range. She printed out pictures, directions and contacts of who listed these places. She did it with a smile, she was kind and more than helpful where i felt like it might be possible to find a place i would call home. she gave me hours of her time knowing that she might not be the one that gets credit at the end. She showed me a couple of places that following weekend and proceeded to help me even more, with more listings in the search. She touched base with me during the week and finally found a place near my family. She gave me the listing called another realtor and I walked into this townhouse and knew it was for me. Every Realtor I had contact with before Christine knowing I was going to Rent wouldnt give me the time of day. Not Christine, she looked for me because she loves being a Realtor and loves helping people. Im forever grateful there was one woman that cared enough to find me a HOME. Everyday I come home, i smile and feel wonderful. Now my family in Fleming Island plantation, eagle harbor and St augustine refers to Christine at Watson as the Go To Girl. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mrs. Christine!! She was always there for us to see homes and she was very patient with us for we are very picky about what we wanted in a home! We can't thank her enough for all the time and effort she put into our home search and we are forever grateful to her for all the help she gave!!
