To say that Christine Arquilla is an amazing realtor is such an understatement that I almost hate to begin this review with it. She did absolutely everything in her power at every turn to get us exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!! My husband and I did not have a big budget, but we have two kids and a very specific list of features we needed. My favorite thing about Christine Arquilla goes right along with her determination: her kind, but very strong persuasiveness. She's just as nice as can be to everyone she interacts with and she asked for everything we wanted. One thing in particular that she was got for us was nothing short of miraculous and we really really needed it. We bought a home that had been foreclosed on so it needed a lot of work. Some of the work was do-able for us, but on our tight budget, the $4000 of work to get the garage up to code was not. No one thought we'd be able to get the bank to pay this exorbitant amount of money to make all those repairs. Well Christine Arquilla was able to do it. And because of that, we were able to get out of our apartment and buy our lovely house. We absolutely love our home! We couldn't have done it with out you, Chris. Thank you SOOOO much! Christine is very patient and helpful. We looked at quite a bit of houses over a few months and Christine never pressured us into buying something we didn't want. She answered all of our questions and checked in on us when we took a break from looking at homes.
