I have worked with many realtors over the years and Christina is a breath of fresh air. From first contact every experience with Christina was both positive and informative. Christina's guidance was so very helpful and always balanced. During the initial photo shoot she was very involved and made sure that every surface in the house was spotless. She even polished the shower doors and windows. The results of these photos show her hard work. She was always timely and professional and treated our property as if it were her own. She found a buyer quicker than expected and during the inspection process there was a dispute between what the inspector saw and what we knew was true; Christina climbed a ladder to get access to the attic to photograph the issue at hand to satisfy both the seller and buyer.
