Christina Ardente is a lifelong resident of Barrington (third generation) with a wealth of knowledge and information regarding the local community and all of it has to offer. She also enjoys membership in the Handicraft Club and the New York Yacht Club.

Chrissy Ardente was absolutely the right choice for us! That very first day we called her she drove to Tiverton to check out the property while we were out of town. She had all the right contacts, from the well and septic to masonry and roofing to lawyers and insurance providers. Everything from that point on was seamless in what would’ve otherwise been a very bumpy road. We even ran into problems with the lender because the property had fallen into slight disrepair… not to worry though - Chrissy was on the phone with the lender and ensured that every concern they had was addressed to satisfaction. She made herself available around the clock, and was there for us 24/7. Without Chrissy we wouldn’t be living in our dream home today.
