There is only one word to describe Christie and that word is AWESOME. Christie went waaaaay beyond the 5 star excellent service rating to help us locate our new home. When my husband and I reached out to Christie we let her know we were interested in West Virginia properties closer to New River Gorge, Beckley and the southeastern part of the state. Well, we ended up wanting to check out properties all over West Virginia. All over. Christie was ready to go, sometimes having to figure out the best way to see 2 - 3 properties in one day. Paved roads, gravel roads and one "road" that turned out not being a road at all but an old service path for RTV's and ATV's, (it was on GPS as a road. Lol.) Christie was right there with us. Christie is a wealth of knowledge in all things regarding real estate. She is always professional and personable. You will feel like you are working with a friend not just an agent. My husband and I feel very lucky Christie took us on as clients and ultimately helped us find our new home. I have no doubt anyone who chooses to work with Christie will feel the same way.

Working with Christie was an amazing experience from start to finish. Selling our home and buying a new one in the same week could have been incredibly stressful, but she made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. She was always there to answer our questions, keep everything on track, and guide us every step of the way. Her patience, communication, and dedication gave us so much confidence throughout the process. We truly couldn't be happier with our new home, and we're so grateful for everything she did to help make it happen. We would highly recommend Christie to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients.

If I could give Christie more than five stars, I would. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a family can make, and when we started the process of searching for our forever home, we had hopes, dreams, concerns, and more questions than we could count. From day one, Christie was there every step of the way, and I can honestly say we would not be where we are today without her. What sets Christie apart isn’t just her knowledge of real estate, it’s the way she genuinely cares about her clients. She never treated us like a transaction. She treated us like family. She listened to what mattered to us, advocated for us when it counted, answered countless questions, and guided us through every challenge with patience, professionalism, and kindness. There were so many moments throughout this journey when Christie went far above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect from a realtor. Whether it was taking extra time to investigate details, coordinating moving pieces behind the scenes, making herself available when we needed guidance, or simply reassuring us during stressful moments, she consistently exceeded every expectation we had. Thanks to her dedication, expertise, and relentless work ethic, we are now living in the home we plan to make memories in for years to come. A house is just a building, but Christie helped us find our forever home. It is rare to find someone who is not only exceptional at what they do, but who also leads with genuine compassion and integrity. Christie is one of those rare people. To anyone looking to buy or sell a home: stop looking for a realtor and call Christie. We will be recommending her to every friend, family member, coworker, and acquaintance we know. In fact, when the time comes to sell our previous property, there is absolutely no question who we’ll be calling. Christie, thank you for everything. Thank you for your hard work, your patience, your honesty, your guidance, and for caring so much about your clients. You helped make a dream come true for our family, and we will always be grateful. Forever thankful, The happiest homeowners imaginable♥️

Finding the perfect home in West Virginia is a unique challenge that requires more than just a standard real estate agent; it requires someone who truly understands the layout, the land, and is willing to put in the actual legwork. We spent over a year searching for our property, and from the moment we first connected with Christie Maney regarding a listing, she stood out. What started as an inquiry into one specific house turned into a long-term partnership as we navigated the complexities of finding that right combination of home and acreage. Since we were shopping from out of state, her availability was a lifesaver. Every time we flew in, she was ready to hit the ground running. She didn’t just send us links or unlock doors; she physically walked miles of WV wilderness with me, braving the terrain (with historical stories and anecdotes) to ensure we understood exactly what we were looking at. Her knowledge of the area is matched only by her work ethic. She is thorough, incredibly sharp, and genuinely undeterred by the rugged nature of West Virginia real estate. As a mom looking for the right place for our family, having someone who was not only professional but also resilient and honest made all the difference. She went above and beyond for us, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone serious about finding a home in Almost Heaven.

Christie has been such an amazing realtor she’s went above and beyond to help us in everything.

Christie was amazing and was able to guide us through the selling process like the true professional that she is. We were grateful to have her as our representative for this transition on our lives. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good words about Christie! She was, of course, professional and prompt in all of her interactions with us. What really sets her apart is that she cares. She knows that selling and buying a home are wrought with so many different needs both monetary and emotional. I feel Christie looks at your home is realistic and doesn't set your expectations too high or too low. When we had bought our home she represented us and when it was time to sell that home we didn't hesitate to contact her again. She came through with flying colors. Since she represented us when buying the house she understood it's strengths and got us the best price and helped us to find someone who would love it as much as we did. She also made sure that we felt good about the return on our investment and helped us to understand the ins and outs of the sale. Highly recommend.

I cannot express enough positive sentiments about our experience with Christie Maney and Old Colony Realtors. As out-of-state buyers, it was essential for us to work with a realtor who could truly advocate for us and serve as our eyes and ears in the process. From the moment we met Christie, I knew she was the right realtor for us. The time and attention she dedicated made our home search and purchase enjoyable, positive, and achievable! Christie’s work ethic is exceptional. She offers her professional opinions based on her deep knowledge of real estate trends while remaining compassionate and understanding of our needs. She is cheerful and a pleasure to work with, maintaining excellent relationships with everyone we encountered throughout our home-buying journey. If you are looking for a real estate agency that supports its agents and customers with integrity, honor, and respect, I highly recommend Christie Maney from Old Colony Realtors.

Christie walked me through the process with so much knowledge and expertise. She is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Christie is the very best! She made the home buying process so much easier! Very involved and quick to reply to any questions I had! I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home, you will never find a better realtor!
