When you need an agent who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Christian Zaloum of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. He’s truly a rock star agent. I met Christian at an open house and was impressed by his personable nature and helpful advice on crafting a competitive offer. I typically wouldn't consider an agent from an open house, but Christian stood out because he genuinely seemed to look out for my best interests. He provided invaluable guidance on how to make an offer that was both fair and reasonable, and everything he suggested was spot on. Throughout the entire process, Christian was incredibly responsive, always addressing my questions promptly. He was also very accommodating, readily arranging multiple visits to the property, and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. I plan to enlist Christian's expertise again later this year when I sell additional properties.
