Although Christi is my goddaughter I did not know how good of a realtor she was until she took on the task of selling my mom’s home. From the start of listing the home and the subsequent sale I was very impressed with Christi with her knowledge, suggestions and extremely hard work to successfully sell the home. Christi shared her wealth of realty knowledge with me and helped guide me through complex problem after problem that I encountered . I had trouble with getting my mortgage financed which made buying my next home extremely stressful. She kept coming up with alternative plans as one after another bank denied my financing. Christi helped me with my first home purchase. The negotiation was a high-pressure situation where another competing offer was made on the property and it had only been listed for a day. Another viewing was scheduled after mine. She was patient as we drafted a complicated offer. Later she took the time to draft a revised contract. Christi also worked with the parties when financing seemed uncertain and helped rein in my need to have everything under absolute control. She patiently attended the property inspection and provided other assistance upon request. The property wasn't high value but she gave the transaction her full attention and acted with utmost professionalism. She is an excellent communicator and I commend her work.
