Christa was above board on all information, explaining fees, taxes and other expenses we could expect with a sale. After signing the contract, she brought us numerous prospects at the same time representing three or four other clients in the subdivision. She always called ahead for appointments prepare and she came about 15 minutes early to make sure the house was ready to show. We felt very comfortable with her clients as we knew she checked them out in advance.   Her advice was right on target. After each showing, she contacted and gave us feedback on what the client said. We would be happy to recommend Christa in the future. She did a great job, got us a good contract and was able to sell three houses in Duck Cove in a very short time.
