Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Chris relocated her family to the Sarasota area in 2000 after in-depth review of the entire state. Realizing the tremendous growth and county plans, variety of cultural activities, and the beauty of the numerous barrier islands, she decided Sarasota had the most to offer her family.Chris has an extensive background in marketing services and customer service management for a world leading manufacturer. She also was a licensed realtor working in Chicago, Illinois and the Miami Valley area of Ohio.Upon relocation to Sarasota, Chris was employed as the Marketing Manager for Sarasota County’s Committee for Economic Development at the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce. In that role, she recruited and worked with relocating businesses, their executives, and their employees. Finding the most fulfillment in helping others realize the Florida lifestyle she so relished, Chris returned to real estate sales in 2002.Previously Chris was affiliated with Coldwell Banker and Remax. At Coldwell Banker she worked as their Previews Property Luxury Market Sales Specialist at their offices in Lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, and St. Armand’s Circle. Chris and her daughter, Holly Winkle (Broker-Associate) are part of the Winkle & Wilson Real Estate Team. Prior to joining Michael Saunders & Company, Chris married, traveled and assisted many local businesses with their marketing campaigns as a freelance advisor.Real estate is a family affair for Chris – she is thrilled to rejoin her daughter, Holly Winkle, to form this remarkable team. Bringing their business savvy, in-depth market knowledge and outstanding customer service skills to Michael Saunders & Company.In her spare time she enjoys walking the beach, admiring sunsets on Anna Maria Island, spending time with her husband, family and meeting new people.
