Chris was great!

Chris was terrific. Answered every question quickly, and we always had confidence throughout the transaction.

If you want a realtor that truly cares for you and your future home, Chris is your guy! Chris made this experience such a breeze for us! Prior to working with Chris, we experienced and learned everything we did NOT want to have in a realtor, so let me tell you he REALLY cares and knows what he is doing! He could not be more professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the process he did the research on each home and area in order to provide us with the most accurate understanding of each situation we were getting into. Not only did he prepare for each property, but it was apparent he did his research. He spent the time going through each home with us, pointing out pros and cons based on our specific desires. Chris is someone who clearly listens and cares about his clients and we could not recommend him more!

Chris Nace demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill while dealing with a challenging seller who presented us with some unexpected last-minute issues. His patience and dedication throughout our home-buying process were truly remarkable. This experience reinforced our decision to work with him again, as it was the second time we've relied on his expertise to purchase a house. We couldn't be happier with his support and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate professional.

I was doing a purchase from across the country for a promotion. My realtor Chris Nace was very helpful at giving me all the info and resources I would need to get this done from a distance. The whole process was very smooth and a lot easier than expected, the advice given every step of the way was flawless and I now how the home I imagined in a great neighborhood.

100% recommend Chris! He is a great realtor who really cares about his clients and getting them into a house that they are looking for. We were referred to Chris and will recommend him to anyone we know. Best part is the communication with us and also with the other agents. 5 stars no questions!

Chris provided everything we were looking for in a real estate agent and more. We felt 100% supported throughout our home buying process and while working on tight timelines we knew Chris was working around the clock to help us purchase our dream home. Chris is one of the rare agents that fully supports his clients and does whatever is best for them. Would recommend his services to anyone looking for the best.

Chris did an amazing job helping us find the right home for us. Chris’ communication is second to none and that is with us and also with the sellers agent and our mortgage lender. Chris was always available for any questions we had and knew what he was talking about. 100% would recommend!

We can’t thank Chris enough! We are Atlanta-based, non-residents of Arizona needing to buy a place in the Mesa area so we could be closer to family. Chris helped coach us through what was a very competitive market. Cautioning us on one hand, but also working with us to find something that met our objectives at the same time. He helped keep a watchful eye on properties that met our criteria, made sure we prepared ourselves to best compete, and was clear with us about what to expect when we found just the right place. As you’d expect by our rating, we found our perfect house! Being in Atlanta we couldn’t be traveling back and forth for each opportunity so we bought it sight unseen. Never a doubt in our minds that Chris had a great eye of the right neighborhoods, for good properties and that he’d never steer us wrong. We appreciate you, Chris Nace!
