I had an excellent experience working with Chris and highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about the Chapel Hill and regional market, a great communicator, and he smoothly guided me through the process. I particularly appreciated how patient and careful he was walking me through key documents and steps in the process. I felt that he looked out for me and was a great advocate. Chris Mitchell is a person of integrity and is solid in all the important areas you're looking for in a realtor. Work with him!
