Chris and Fred were incredible to work with. So much knowledge between them but most importantly they are great, genuine and caring people who just want to help you get the home of your dreams. We couldn’t ask for a better team to guide us through this process.

This was the fourth time I worked with Fred and the second time with Chris. They go above and beyond to get the job done. There were a few things that needed attention on my place, they hired someone to take care of things. The house was empty they brought in things to stage the house and made it look homey. If you're ever in need of a realtor in NWA give them a call, they get the job done.

Chris [ Fred's son ] has many of Fred's characteristics. He is very pleasant to talk to, very kind, nothing is too much trouble and although he has not yet got Fred's knowledge he did a wonderful job of taking photographs outside and with ones we had taken set up a rolling picture gallery of the seasons of the garden on the counter of our home for sale that many clients and neighbors commented on.
Unfortunately he became sick and had hospital stays during our house sale so was not available all the time

We will always be grateful to Fred for finding and helping us buy the perfect house. To Fred and Chris for helping us to sell our old home for not much short of what we asking for at a time when the corona- virus was rife in the world.
