My wife and I truly enjoyed the experience, professionalism, and empathy that Chris Ess brought to the table. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Being a 1st-time homeowner and moving from another state, I thought the process would be a real nightmare, but we were fortunate to work with Chris. From the first email, it was apparent how professional, compassionate and friendly he is. He walked us through the process, explained it in detail, and answered all our questions. He was kind and patient, visited and inspected all the properties we choose online. We are living in another state and couldn't physically see the houses. He acted as our eyes and ears using all kinds of technologies, from phone cameras to zoom calls. Chris offered sincere consulting advice for each property based on our needs, like the property's size, area, schools, and children's suitability. Later, when we decided to visit the state and check the house we liked, he was the best guide for the area. Showed us around and went through all pros and cons of the property, neighborhood, and county. Chris went above and beyond to make sure the closing process goes smooth and easy. Even after the closure, he still helping us with the move and settling. If you are looking for an excellent buying experience, professional, honest and seasoned realtor, look no further. Chris Ess is your best choice.
