Chris Ann guided us every step of the way. We were very apprehensive about selling our home and ensuring it sold in a timely manner at a good price, as we were retiring to another state and were having a house built. It was important that we get our sold at the right time and the right price. Chris Ann calmed us down, worked out a marketing plan that included preparing our house for the sale, making specific home improvement suggestions (light fixtures to update, furniture to remove, landscaping, etc) , bringing in a stager to make specific staging suggestions, sharing furnishings to help us stage our home, taking professional photographs that showcased our house in the best way possible and then fully marketing our home online and in two open houses. In a weekend, we had multiple over-asking offers. She guided us through the offer selection process and the proof's in the pudding! In a tightening market, we sold for $46K over asking and closed in under a month. To say we are ecstatic is an understatement.
