Cheryl Choikhit did a great job for us. We have been trying to find a house for some time now, and she was very patient and helpful during that process. She always made herself available to show us houses, even on short notice. We are very pleased with the service she provided and would highly recommend her to others.

We have used Cheryl Choikhit to both sell and buy a house. We found her to be hard working and knowledgeable in all real estate matters. Her guidance was invaluable through the process. Cheryl truly went above and beyond our expectations. Our current house is the 5th house we have purchased, and Cheryl was the best Realtor that we have ever had. We can't say enough good about her!

Cheryl was awesome! We really appreciated that she always gave her honest thoughts when asked questions about any house we looked at. We were looking in the Northland and she made numerous trips from Overland Park to show us houses. I will highly recommend her to anyone wanting to find a home. Tell her what you want, and she'll keep on until you find it!!

Cheryl was such a pleasure to work with! This was our first time selling a home, and Cheryl made the process much less stressful than it could have been. Thanks to her, we were able to get the house on the market and sold quickly.

Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Cheryl does everthing possible to meet the needs of her clients. Her knowledge of the whole marketing and sales process, including how to stage a home for presentation, really helped us sell our home quickly. We used Cheryl to sell our previous home, and she helped us buy and later sell our current (now our prior) home. We highly recommend Cheryl.

Cheryl Choikit was fantastic through our entire buying process, going above and beyond when required and providing good counsel that meant we ended up with a fantastic deal on our new house, even in the current market climate.

Cheryl was able to get a full price contract signed just 4 days after putting my house on the market. I am very pleased with her performance.

I would highly recommend our agent Cheryl Choikhit. She was extremely helpful in getting the house ready.
