Overall Fantastic experience. I met Cheryl while looking at one of the properties she had listed. This piece of land ended up not meeting my needs but she was more to than happy to find me ones that did. I was looking in a wide area and she even met me over an hour away and set up a tour of the property with one of the owners. We spent 4 months going back and forth pulling information on over a dozen properties before I found the perfect one. She assisted in confirming zoning, county specific regulations, utilities and deed restrictions. As someone who has never purchased raw land before there is a lot to consider and she covered all angles. I closed last week on my land and went into the closing confident she had gotten me a great deal and I knew exactly what to expect. I hope to work with her again in the future, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Cheryl did a wonderful job helping my sister and I sell our mother's house. 3 offers the day after it went on the market.
