Cherish is amazing. We are so grateful we used her. She worked miracles on our behalf, despite being insanely busy with other clients and rental properties that she manages. On that note, that is my only piece of feedback. She is very busy, so don’t expect her text messages to have punctuation, for example. She is extremely responsive, but with everything she manages, she has to just be fast. Her initial market analysis regarding the value of our home was a tad inflated as well, but I do think our specific house was hard to value because our particular street is very different than the surrounding areas. All things considered, she did a great job and helped us get where we wanted in a very timely way.
Cherish helped us get our home on the market in just two days, new pictures and all. She helped us sell our house in a really tough market. She proactively provided regular updates and always made herself available when we had questions. She can make things happen that would not be feasible for most realtors. We’re so grateful for her, and happy we chose her as our realtor.

Cherish and her team (especially Tiffany) were fantastic! Very responsive and attentive to my fiancé and I’s needs. It took us way longer than anticipated to actually find a place but they never gave up hope even when we almost did. They also stuck with us even after closing to ensure everything was done correctly and on time. If needed we will absolutely be going back to her in the future, we can’t recommend her enough!
