As a licensed agent, I was told I could represent myself. I'm so glad I didn't! Chelsey walked us through the process, explained everything and got us to closing on time. We will be listing with her soon!

Chelsey did an excellent job making my transaction quick and easy. She is a very conscientious, thorough, and professional member of your team. Ruhl&Ruhl is lucky to have her!

Chelsey was so helpful during the whole process! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I couldn't do anything with the selling of my condo, so I appreciate everything Chelsey did for me. She went beyond her regular duties. Thank you.

I was referred to Chelsey by my good friend and co-worker Jake O'Rourke. I live in Chicago and wanted to get my rental property sold quickly and with minimal effort needed on my end. Not only did Chelsey handle everything and get the house listed quickly she sold it at full list price after it being on the market for just one day! I was thrilled and would recommend her to any of my friends in the area

Chelsey was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure we were included in everything happening with our house.
