Chelsea was great. We took 15 months in our process, sometimes steps forward and sometimes steps backwards. Chelsea always listened for our cues about where we were, what we were thinking, and whether we ready to take next-steps. When we found the property we wanted, Chelsea was indispensable in two specific areas: identifying repairs the home needed, and then negotiating the final price. Chelsea identified multiple contactors so that we could get two bids for the big-ticket repairs, and she then helped us use this information to drive a fair negotiation with the sellers. All of this was done remote - she'd text us, we'd text her back, and she'd keep making progress. We're thrilled that Chelsea was our partner, can't really imagine anyone being any better.

If you want to buy or sell a property you would be best served by having Chelsea Jordan work with you. I cannot emphasize enough her professionalism, pristine ethics and positive attitude.
