Chelsea said throughout the process “my job is to take as much stress off of you as possible” and she really did. From the first day of taking photos when we were cleaning up for staging and I told her “I’ll be lucky if my husband and I don’t bicker into divorce from this process”, to netting us a full price offer after one open house, to closing day where she negotiated for us until the very end, she always made us feel like her only clients. Even though we clearly weren’t. And, mostly thanks to her, my husband and I are still very much buying our next house together :) can’t recommend Chelsea enough.
Chelsea Hodgdon is amazing at her job. I have delt with several realtors over my 3 year search for my home and Chelsea is AMAZING. There wasn't a moment where I didn't feel like I was her most important client. She was right on top of my questions, some before I even thought to ask and was always quick to respond when I did. When she anticipated my anxiousness regarding a situation, she quickly helped me feel calm and supported. She protected me and my interests ensuring there was a safety net in place to prevent unnecessary expenses related to seller responsibilities that might occur after closing. Then, when I had an incident with the seller trying to back out without cause, she took control and made sure that everything moved forward efficiently. The obsticals presented during the purchase process of my home, she navigated with ease. My experience is a story she will likely tell for many years. It had some crazy moments but I never worried. She is a rockstar and I can't sing her praises high enough!
