Ms. CHARMAINE PRUSAK is the best, bar none. He devotion to selling my home is what military terms ABCD (above beyond call of duty).
She did extremely well in her homework for informing what/why is the selling price for our home. She explained everything clearly in the contract. She then assisted me in sorting things out, finding people for hauling away unnecessary items including three-bedroom tables and dresser sets as well as family/living room furniture, and organizing home beautifully to be shown, etc. In fact, she even assisted me finding a new place to stay. The bottom line is that our house was sold before the house was officially entered the market.
In summary, I had a great experience with her. She is such a nice lady and we became friends. To repay her assistance for selling my house, I have already referred her to my two friends and one of them already signs the contract with her.
