Charlotte was amazing from the first house we saw, until the one we purchased over 1 year later. She was always extremely thorough every time we walked through a house and discouraged us from buying several houses that we were willing to “settle” for. Looking back on that, especially now that we’ve found our forever home, I could not be more grateful for her wisdom and integrity! If she had wanted to be done with us on the first house we looked at, she could have pointed out all the good in the house and focused on the reasons we liked it, but she didn’t. She was prudent in her observation of each house and realized what we wanted even more than we did, and was always honest about the pros and cons of each house we saw which, when you’re buying your first house is so important. She was on time for every showing, always checked in on us when we hadn’t found anything in a while and NEVER gave up, even when we were super picky with what we wanted, and finally got us in the house we are so happy to call home. Also, when we were under contract, which happened twice, I cannot understate how on top of everything she was. From the inspection, to the multiple estimates we had to get for repairs, to meeting our deadlines, and finally to coordinating everything for closing so that nothing happened without a hiccup — all we had to do on closing day was show up and sign our names.
