Charlotte kept is apprised of the situation all along the lengthy VA loan process. She saved us a lot of money when it came to needed reports and the survey. Would recommend her.
Thank you to the entire RE/MAX team your services! It was such a pleasure to work with Charlotte. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and an overall joy to speak to in meeting my housing needs.
She was awesome from the get go. She was recommended by my sister in-law and we loved her too! Knows her stuff! she helped with listings, she checked out the place to ma sure it was up to our standards. also helped after inspection with a few minor things that needed to be corrected.
