His knowledge and keen observational skills came in handy countless times while we were browsing through houses and it was at his suggestion that we expanded some of our criteria for a house and wound up getting a fully customized house of our own, which met all of our needs for a similar price, through a new build rather than buying an existing home.
Charles was with us every step of the way providing guidance and advice as well as advocating on our behalf at the various appointments. His dedication went so far as he helped me to move my couch inside and upstairs on the hottest day of the year immediately following possession.

We decided to sell a 4-plex on a large lot and received proposals from a number of agents. Charles' was the best and most complete in terms of a comprehensive plan that included pre-marketing followed by listing on MLS with scheduled viewing dates and a deadline to receive bids. His proposal was also the best in terms of providing floor plans with measurements for all units and the photos were excellent. Charles recommended a listing price that was intended to be slightly aggressive but still generate multiple offers. We received 5 very clean and reasonable offers following 2 days of viewings, and the property sold over list. Charles did an excellent job of scheduling the viewings and inspection with our property manager, and was very mindful and respectful in his dealings with everyone. We would strongly recommend Charles whether you are buying or selling.
