Charles did a very good job. Tenacious representation on behalf of his client and VERY thorough in managing the process to completion. His communication was on point and always timely.

Charlie has been awesome to work with in all of our transactions!

It was a long 10 months process to finally sell our townhouse. Charlie was always supportive, professional and willing to do whatever possible for the property to sell.

Charles Duppen did an excellent job for us. He was always available to resolve issues and pursue needed documents. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Charlie has be a joy to work with.

Charlie Duppen is a terrific agent! Calm, collected, and absolutely professional. He kept me from making costly and unnecessary changes as we prepped the unit for sale. He knows EVERYONE in the area, so has a deep roster of pros to call when work needs to be done.

Charlie's a seasoned real estate professional with deep knowledge of Santa Cruz county real estate. As people who don't buy houses every day, we really valued having an experienced veteran to help us navigate a complex 1031 home buying experience. With only 45 days to find a home, he made himself available by text and phone night and day and always seemed to answer our inquiries within minutes! Charlie continued to support us with invaluable advice and the names of good local vendors that saved us money after the sale was completed. He made the extra effort to ensure we had a positive home buying experience!
