Chanel was so much more than just helpful. I’m not sure of her job parameters but I’m positive she went well beyond them. Not only was she helpful but she was very knowledgeable.
I was very happy with Chanel as our realtor. She gave us great feedback and ideas with our new home and brought to our attention about the mchda loan and helped us through the process!
Throughout the whole process Chanel was there to answer any and all questions we had and did as much as she possibly could to get us in our home as soon as possible.
She is very knowledgeable on how to handle all transactions and is also very professional. She also has a million dollar smile and treats you like your family. This is the third time we worked with her on buying and selling houses and there is no doubt we will be contacting her in the future. She is fantastic!
