Were do I start? When me and my wife met Chandra just over 2 years ago at the Spring Parade of Homes, at first I was thinking just another sales person who thinks we are interested in the house she is hosting, but all we were doing was going into houses getting ideas for our new build. But once we started talking to her, we knew that she had to be the one to sell the house we were living in. She was just so straight forward, brutally honest, sincere, and understood that we are the owners and that we wanted things to go a certain way from listing to final sale. Here personality matched up with ours perfectly! So many other agents seem to think they know whats best and want to force the seller to how they think things should be done. Not Chandra. When we got to the point to sell, 2 years after meeting her, she worked with us and answered LOTS of emails and texts. I know I questioned everything and she didnt mind, or at least I dont think she did . She helped us all the way thru from listing to the closing date and signing all the paper work. She also worked well communicating with the buyers agent also. So, if, we ever need to sell a house or property we will be contacting Chandra.

Chandra is the best - we really couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She was not only highly responsive, but proactive as well. Very attentive and helpful to our every need. She was patient and educational to us as first time home buyers. Chandra was not pushy with us at all - her desire to find us the perfect home, no matter how long it took, made our house hunt as low stress as possible. My wife and I first met Chandra at an open house and was very welcoming and not overbearing at all we continued to talk with her off and on about other properties. It was a long process especially when we had to sell our lake house before we could buy. Chandra Weekley was an amazing and patient realtor. We listed our house in the fall but decided to pull it after only a few days to wait until the spring. She pulled out all of the bells and whistles to sell our house. Made little point of interest tags for upgrades thru the house, open house swag with signs galore and balloons. Was a great sales person to people that visited the open house. We sold our house in 24 hours with multiple offers going over ask with no contingencies. And with our new build she helped us navigate all of the difficulties with a stubborn and unorganized builder with her experience. We couldn’t have done any of it without her!
