Chad was available, reliable, and knowledgeable about the area we were looking in. He understood our wants and needs when looking for a house and helped us find our dream home. He was an excellent negotiator during the offering process and during our closing he made sure all of our concerns were heard and handled. He made sure I understood every step of the process and worked closely with our lender to get us closed quickly. I highly recommend Chad if you're looking in the Orlando area.

Chad is professional, knows how to listen, he is not pushy and knows his stuff. Due to all this, I chose Chad to advise, walk me through the process and he provided the results. Thank you Chad!

We were recommended by Chad through our friend who also bought a house with him previously. Chad made our first home buying process so easy! He was always responsive and listened to our needs. Within 60 days, we got the house of our dreams!

Chad was with us all the way. He is highly motivated and very professional, an absolutely genuine person. He advised and guided all through the process and was there for us with any questions we had.

Chad provided an exceptional level of service. I’ve bought and sold many homes and this was the highest level of service I’ve received.

Chad was extremely personable and flexible with us. Since we lived in a different state, Chad would work with us ahead to plan out which homes we’d see in the limited times we could fly out. He also gave great insight into the Orlando area so he knew which neighborhoods would best suit our needs. Even the times we couldn’t come visit, he would FaceTime us in and show us every detail of the house. He made the entire buying process extremely for us and couldn’t be more happy we chose to work with him!

Outstanding experience in every way!

Top notch in all regards.

Chad was amazing! He did a terrific job walking us through all aspects of buying a house. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was incredibly detail oriented and communicated effectively throughout the process. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased working with Chad.

Outstanding in all aspects. Very professional, knowledgeable and follows through on commitments. Highly recommend!
