I had the privilege of hiring Mr. Chad Forsythe of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services to sell my dream home, as it was time to downsize in my life. He is one of the best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with. Chad listened closely to what I said and retained just about everything. He went the extra mile during my transition period of moving locations until he sold my house! I am extremely grateful to Chad for the work he did on my behalf, and I expect he is a rising star in the making. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, genuine, hard-working professional to guide them through the process of getting their house sold! With many thanks to Chad, Gale Podobinski

Chad was amazing through the sale of our property. He was able to sell our land in 5 days at full price! Chad was very informative every step of the way! If you are looking for a realtor, I would recommend Chad!
